Horrible! What a disappointment. These cookies are more like doughy cakes then a cookie. To much flour, not enough butter, and definitely need a pinch of salt to boost the flavor. When they bake the barely spread and ther is no way 9 minutes cooks them through. But by the time you do get them to cook through the bottoms are burnt!

The only way to attempt to save the was to flatten the dough into 1/4 inch disks and reduce the oven temp. Don't waste your time or ingredients on this one.

This soup is awesome. I make it with real cheddar, about 8 oz for the recipe. It is so easy, it just requires a bit of patience, as you have to stir it for a long time. Totally worth it!

This was really yummy. But it seemed like way too much butter. Was that meant to mean 1 CUBE of butter and not 1 CUP of butter? I had puddles of butter after cooking the pretzel part, so I added more pretzels to soak it up. But, really, it was a very good dessert.

I always loved my mother's rice pudding. So when I read your recipe for this delicious custard, I just had to try my own version of my mother's signature dessert. Add 4 cups prepared and cooled rice along with all the other ingredients, then bake as directed on the original recipe. Sooo good!! Not too sweet, and oh so yummy!! It is delicious warm, or cold.

I did try making the white with gluten added (for added protein value), I didn't care for it in the white but will be sure to add it to the whole wheat recipe when I do it. I didn't like it in the white recipe, because it made it more chewy and less crisp. I noticed, my family did not, they still loved it. I had a friend try it (who never tried the original recipe) and she thougth it was heaven, so if you have a chance, give it a try. I can see it being very useful for making the whole wheat softer. Hope this helps! The recipe is amazing!! :)

This is Triple-Tread! I got the recipe off a Cool Whip package over twenty-five years ago. It's one of my family's favortite desserts. Try making the third layer with 2 small packackes of Wild Strawberry Jello and 1 3/4 cups boiling water. Mix well, then stir in 2 cups frozen chopped strawberries. Stir till thick, pour on top of dessert and chill. Wonerful!
