For Primary, I had a jar full of Hershey Kisses, a pair of kitchen tongs, and a pair of winter gloves. I chose the first "victim" to come up.

As our pianist started to play, the child had to put on the gloves, get a kiss out of the jar using the tongs, and then unwrap the kiss using only the tongs before the primary finished singing the song. If the kiss was unwrapped, it could be eaten as long as the song wasn't finished yet.

The next child to go was chosen by our primary presidency - they were looking for good singers.

One of our little Sunbeams was awesome at this game! She had 2 kisses stuffed in her mouth and another on the way before we finished the song! Of course, the next child up only had to pop that unwrapped kiss in his mouth before trying to get another out of the jar!

I had given our pianist a list of songs to use, and he was the one to chose which song we were going to sing. I used some classic favorites (surprising how those big 11 year old boys still love to sing Popcorn Popping, Once there was a Snowman, and Jesus wants me for a Sunbeam).

It was seriously hilarious! Junior Primary didn't have to wear the gloves until we got up to the 2 oldest classes. The children were singing and laughing. We had a great time. The teachers were singing, laughing, and crying.

I even played this in the nursery and had the children just take the kiss off my hand with the tongs while we sang our nursery favorites. They loved it too! (Of course, they're little and it involved chocolate - what's not to love, right?!)

For our last song, the Senior Primary children wanted me to take a turn. I was laughing so hard that I couldn't even get the kiss out of the jar. We haven't heard them sing so well or seen them have so much fun in singing time for a really long time!
