I just want to say that when I got the calling a year and a half ago for the nursery I recieved the lesson manuel and wasnt to thrilled on the lessons and the coloring pages they give you. I wanted to do more exciting things with the kids. When I found your website I fell totally in LOVE. I was just wondering if you were going to post lessons 17 and on of the new manuel. Again thankyou soo much for this incredible and sooo helpful site.

    Hi Rennae ~

Yes, I plan on finishing all the lessons, but I will be waiting for a couple months. I am currently putting lesson helps together for two other manuals. So, whenever I finish up that project I will complete the Nursery manual. Best wishes to you!! :)

I cannot open my account. I forgot my username and password. Then I found them. I was given two different tokens to reset my password. I could not paste the token. There were no icons to do so. Plus I do not know how to anyway. What can you do for me? I really am Connie Romero. I am the Nursery teacher of 6 18 month olds. One just turned 2. I love being in Nursery.

    Thank you
My email is That is when I had 16 grandchildren. Now I have 21 and 2 great grandsons.

  • Neise Haut  - Why some of lessons can be opened????

I can't open the nursery lessons ideas, It's frustrate. Could someone help please?

  • Laurie Shipp  - Lesson #26 and others

Why can't I open the lesson I highlight? Nothing happens. In the past, your ideas have been wonderful, so now I am teased to not be able to see what's there. Please respond soon.

  • Kathleen  - Lesson 23: I Love the Scriptures

I'm going to use the primary song 109 Search, Ponder, and Pray with this lesson. Perhaps you could put a link to the flipcharts on it? And also copy and paste that wonderful idea someone posted about getting all the nursery kids their own BOM, highlighting the scripture, and putting a sticker on the page! I don't have time to do it for tomorrow, but I'm going to see if we have money in the budget for it!!

  • cstout  - excited!

I was recently released from serving several years with my older daughter in the Young Women, and now get to spend time with my toddler in the nursery. I am so excited! The leaders in there now have an established routine of activities, but they seemed to struggle with the lesson. I've watched as they try to lead something of a discussion with our little nursery kids, and, let's face it, it's hard enough to do that with people who ARE verbal!
I love the hands-on, make a bit of a mess, type activities, so I'm truly thrilled to be able to bring this to our kids. I'm looking forward to sharing ideas, and learning from all of you.

  • cstout  - reverence

I was recently called to the nursery. My 20 month old daughter is in there, so I get to "try out" any ideas on her first.
For Lesson 20: I will be Reverent, we made "quiet feet" using socks and pompoms. It gave the kids a little hands-on activity to start with, and they loved the socks.

I'd love to do a hands-on activity at the beginning of each class period, to get the kids interested in something other than toys for a minute as they're being dropped off.

I'm excited to find new ideas here at Sugardoodle!!
