Colette writes, "I wanted to share the printables I'm using for my personal FHE and Activity Days this week. I am basing my opening thoughts on Alma 34:38 "That ye contend no more against the Holy Ghost, but that ye receive it, and take upon you the name of Christ; that ye humble yourselves even to the dust, and worship God, in whatsoever place ye may be in, in spirit and in truth; and that ye live in thanksgiving daily, for the many mercies and blessings which he doth bestow upon you."
We'll talk about gratitude briefly, but focus on ways we can specifically SHOW gratitude towards the Lord (as well as those around us). I'm going to have my kids (and my Activity Day girls) cut out and write ideas on their leaves and attach them to their trees. I'll also send them home with the November Advent Calendar and challenge them to write down at least one thing each day thay are grateful for."

So excited when I saw this then realized I couldn't use it this month in sharing time because, well, you are in my ward!!!!! The Activity Day girls and your kids would all get a double dose. Thanks for a great idea though.
