Come to the temple

Last night we had Young Women in Excellence (YWIE) and our theme was a combination temple and garden theme. It was very easy to do. We decorated with temple pictures from home and from the temple calendars. We also brought pictures of flowers as well as whatever flowers and greenery we had at home and at the church. We had them name their favorite temple prior to the activity and then I ordered 5x7 pictures from Church Distribution and found some cute picture frames at the dollar store. The girls were excited to get a framed picture of their favorite temple. We also had one of the temple gardeners as a special guest speaker. We bought roses from Costco and gave one to each Young Woman and adult woman that came. It was a simple but nice evening and the spirit was there. It was one of the easiest YWIE's to plan.
