TV Commercial Activity

Divide the youth into groups. We allowed the groups to choose their product (some chose from this list, others made up their own) Assigned at least 1 adult per group and 1 video camera. Set up time limit for producing the commercials. We live in a small town, so the groups were able to film “on location” (at members’ homes). We then met back in the cultural hall to watch the videos and enjoy a treat!

1.  “WOW” cereal: Word of Wisdom cereal made from all the grains from which we can freely eat.

2. R.M. Ravioli: Returned Missionary Ravioli, thrown together from all the left over and miscellaneous items going bad in your refrigerator.

3. Modesty Measurer: Special device made possible by advances in our modern-day technology, radar will sound to alert parents to immodest attire.

4.  Dancin’ With Deacons: This instructional video will prepare even the most clumsy dancer, for that first Stake dance.

5.  Bishop Butter: Butter made especially for smoothing over any bumps in the road with your bishop. Guaranteed to win him over and sign just about anything.

6.  Missionary Templates: Great for those “Dear John” letters that you just don’t know how to write. A wide selection of templates.

7.  Molly Mormon Muffin Mix: The perfect muffin, every time. Muffins are full of good for you nutrition. A wide variety of flavors.

8.  F.H.E. Referee Service: Our referees are trained and cheap—perfect for those out of control FHE nights.

9.  Home Teacher Hotline: End of the month? Let us get it done for you!

10.
Spiritual Spaghetti (you pray it's not too garlicky)

11. Relief Society raspberry jam, full of goodness and really sweet
