I found a great picture on the internet of
a doctor who is performing surgery on a 21 week old fetus who has spina bifida.
During the surgery the fetus's hand came out the the doctor instinctively held
out his finger and the fetus latched on to it. It is a beautiful true story, and
even more powerful because the fetus went on to live. You can find the picture
