Christy's Clipart
“Finding the Queen Esther in you” -
“Esther, despite danger to her own life, went
fasting before the king.” (You could attach this to a tiara from the dollar
store or anything symbolizing a queen or princess).
The Fasting Fridge from Jenny
Smith - (Inside)
and (Outside)
When I taught this lesson I made big fridge
magnets that just said "Remember Fast Day" and challenged the girls to help
remind their families (and themselves) when it was fast day by putting up the
magnet. (Idea by Ann Heiner)

Explain the difference between not eating and fasting -
that there is a purpose.
