“Finding the Queen Esther in you” - “Esther, despite danger to her own life, went fasting before the king.” (You could attach this to a tiara from the dollar store or anything symbolizing a queen or princess).

When I taught this lesson I made big fridge magnets that just said "Remember Fast Day" and challenged the girls to help remind their families (and themselves) when it was fast day by putting up the magnet. (Idea by Ann Heiner)
