Christy's Clipart
(Idea by Lisa Henry) Our Mia Maid advisor taught a
lesson on member missionaries, and made all the girls missionary name tags with
fun size M&M's, and called it the "M&MTC."

Encourage you Young Women to prepare for a mission. The way I put it is to tell
them that if they are prepared to go on a mission (stay out of debt, save money
for their missions, learn skills like cooking and sewing to help them on their
missions) but decide not to, they will be well prepared for marriage as
well. I also remind them that they are missionaries now, they just don't wear a
tag. (Idea by Christy Wardle)
Have a guest speaker teach good communication skills. Allow the girls to
practice good and bad forms of communication. Talk about the effects as a group.
