An idea on how to get
the Young Women more involved

We have called two girls to be the Young Women Choristers to be in charge of picking and teaching the girls a new song to sing in sacrament meeting every quarter. We have a mother daughter team that is in charge of the combined service projects. Among the class Presidents and councilors they have someone in charge of service projects for each class and someone to be in charge of activation. The activation is keeping up with all the girls and what they are doing i.e. sports, plays, concerts etc... that way we can support the girls in what they do. We can also encourage the other girls to support them too.  We are still getting everything in place and I am sure some things will change but we are trying to get as many of the girls involved as we can. The more that they do the more they learn and also have to depend on each other.
