The ward building parking lot is a perfect place to get everyone's wheels nice and clean.  Bring a hose, buckets and towels.  Invite members and neighbors to come get their car washed.  With an assembly line, you'll be able to get through everyone's cars fairly quickly.  Invite everyone to bring a folding chair and to stay and visit after the cars are washed. and enjoy some watermelon together.
