Here is an idea I used for handing out the Visiting Teaching routes.  I copied the following on yellow paper.  Then I copied the individual routes (visiting teachers names and phone numbers first and sisters they visit under that, with  their phone and addresses) on a white paper and cut them to fit and pasted  them on the yellow paper.
