I think it's important to acknowledge the people who are released too.  When things changed over in January, a few teachers were released so I gave them a Kit Kat bar with the following poem:

Thanks for serving in our Primary past,
In the hearts of our children you love will last.
Enjoy your break so well deserved,
We know you'll be blessed wherever you serve.
