Get a set of UNO cards and lay three of them face down on the table and then give a clue to the scripture. The first team to be turned to the  scripture picks which card of the three I laid out. The team gets the value of  the card.  If the card is a “Skip” or  “Draw Two”  then  they can either take 5 points or pick on of the other cards.  A “wild” is worth 10  points. If they get "reverse" the teams trade points.
