Auxiliary Folders

We have binders that we pass around in Relief Society (3), Primary, Young Women's and Nursery. In the binder are page dividers and information in each section. We have the roll in the front. We have an information section: New babies, babies that are due, birthdays coming up in the month. We have an enrichment section: in it are sign ups for upcoming enrichment meetings or activities. We have a compassionate service section where sisters can sign up on a calendar for days that they are available to take in meals etc, we also have a sister that needs daily feeding and people sign up to do that in this section. We have a New to You section, where sisters can list things that they no longer use and would like to give away, when they have given it away they call the secretary and she removes their item from the list. The secretary also goes through each binder and updates this list weekly. We have a Welfare section where we have storehouse items list and prices and any upcoming service opportunities. We have a visiting teaching section where you can look up your supervisor's name and phone number and grab a message for the upcoming month. We also have a section where we have left over handouts etc from any classes that we have had. In the front pocket we put a 1/4 sheet of paper with the upcoming activities, groups and lessons for the month that sisters can take to remind themselves or take to people that they visit. We have done our binders this way for about eight years and it seems to work out great!
