Winter version of this song by AnJanette Broderick:
(ga12012007)

I looked out the window and what did I see?

Snow was falling on the apricot tree!

Winter brought me such a nice surprise,

snow was falling right before my eyes.

I could go outside and make a snowman,

Build a snowfort and sled with my friends.

Then I went back in, It was cold to me.

Snow was falling on the apricot tree.

Missionary Version:

I looked out the window and what did I see?
Two Mormon missionaries coming after me.
They had brought me such a nice surprise,
A Book of Mormon for my very own eyes.
They told me if I read it and prayed about it too
Heavenly Father would tell me it was true.
It didn't seem to me, but it seemed to be.
The very best thing that ever happened to me!

Autumn Version by Angella in Washington:

I looked out the window and what did I see?
Leaves falling on the ground around me!
Fall had brought me such a nice surprise,
leaves to jump in right before my eyes!
I could take armfuls and make a pile,
A le-af fort that would reach a mile.
It wasn't really so, but it seemed to be
leaves falling on the ground around me!

And another Autumn version:

I looked out the window and what did I see?

Leaves are falling from the apricot tree.

Fall has brought me such a nice surprise.

Leaves are falling right before my eyes.

I can take a rake and make a pile.

One so big it will make you smile.

Then I'll jump on in, 'cause it's fun to me, when

Leaves are falling from the apricot tree.
