I made up a Primary Feud game with question that they completed with fill in the missing word of a song. (This way they had to know all the words) I had two children come up at once (one from each team) --[which were the notes and the rest] I'd put my hands out and then state the fill in the blank question. The first one to hit my hand and answer correctly their team earned a note or rest on their music staff. Then that team could earn a bonus note or rest by singing the song.
