The chorister before me wrote up a goodbye song for when 12 year old Primary kids leave Primary. It's really cute. 

Tune: Quickly I'll Obey

When Primary kids turn twelve
Then it's time to go
We'll wish for them just what is best
And always love them so.

We sing it the 12 year old after singing the monthly birthday song.
