An idea for Sunbeams

We got some gently used beanie babies from the DI.  We told the sunbeams that these little friends were new to Primary and needed a friend, but they are very scared.  We asked them if they would be willing to sit very still and keep our new friends warm and safe so they would like to come back to Primary.  This worked so great, as I was handing them their friends, the entire Primary was so quiet.  If they ever got wiggly, I mentioned they needed to be still, so their friend wasn't afraid.  Thanks so much to whomever this idea came from.  We're going to do it through this month and February and hopefully our new Sunbeams will be able to sit through all of Sharing Time.
