This is what my young women's presidency did when I was a beehive, was they had 3 canisters in the young women's room one for Beehives, Mia maids, and Laurels and for every 15 minutes that you read scriptures that week you put a paper ball into your classes canister.  At the end of the month whatever class read the most from the scriptures had a slumber party at the young women president's house.  It was tons of fun.
