Something that would be fun to do is let the children each tell you something that they love (object, person, activity, etc.).  You could go around to each child a few times.  Each time they give an answer you could have little heart stickers that they could either put on their hand or you could have clipart of a big heart.  They could put their sticker inside of the heart.

Have heart cutouts that the children could color.  Decorate the bishops door (have the children help put on his door) and give him a "heart" attack.

Hand tracing -  “I Love You” (ASL) Valentine for parents. Children color and then you staple the two middle fingers down in ASL I Love You sign.

You could give the children a "kiss" countdown necklace.  To make it place a long sheet of Handi-Wrap (now days they have cute colored and patterned Handi-Wrap) on your kitchen counter.  Down the center of the sheet place 14 Hershey's candy "kisses" or "Hugs".  Fold the Hand-Wrap over the candy and separate the individual pieces by typing a piece of ribbon or yarn between each. You could challenge the children to give a kiss or hug to a family member for every kiss or hug they ate.
