"Handy" Fudge

When I was a Girl Scout we would make this at our day camps.  This activity would be fun to do with your nursery children.  Sit in a circle and pass the bag around.   Have everyone say something that they can do with their hands.  Once it is stiff enough you can cut it up and share it with the children.  (Make sure no one has allergies).

Ingredients:

- 2 oz. powdered sugar (1/2 cup)

- 1 Tbsp butter

- 2 tsp cream cheese

- dash of vanilla

- 2 tsp cocoa

What to do:

Place all ingredients in a sandwich-size Ziploc bag. Squeeze out all the air. Squish and squish with hands until all the ingredients are well mixed and there is a creamy consistency. Optional:  Add any favorite flavors or other stuff (raisins, M&M's, peanut butter, chopped nuts, etc).  Are you worried that this is too messy?  Just do this right before they go home.  Then, they can squish it all the way home and eat it later...but not in Nursery.
