I really liked this story for the lesson, but wanted something with bigger pictures and easier to read to my class.

I had added one file and 5 "photos" about the story from the friend.  The words are exactly from the magazine, but I spread out the story into 5 pages that I plan to laminate and used as a flip-over book to tell the story.

The pictures are modified from those with the story. Mostly I took off the yellow and orange border. I had to patch in a leaf on the kitty and I wanted a picture of just Brandon, so I just took his face from one of the pictures.

When you open the document in Word, find the place where the picture belongs (right after the blank box marking the location), go to insert/picture/from_file, and select the file to put in. Grab the handles on the picture and drag to make it the right size (about the size of the box). Then click on the box and hit the delete button.  The pictures are numbered in the order they belong.
