Moses Teaches His People

The remarkable Book of Moses, February 1997 Ensign

When studying the plaques of Egypt--use quart jars to display each plaque. I bought plastic bugs and threw in some rice for the lice.  Blood (red food coloring in water).  The boils can be from pictures (tape to inside of jar) and/or get some plastic pieces and/or cardboard (color) and kind of smash up to look like scabies.  For the hail you can use moth balls or clear marbles.  I have melted candles down the inside of the jar for a flame

effect or you can use paint (red/orange).  Just use your imagination.  Also, when I reread my email I meant to say golden calf!!  As a matter of fact, one of the young men in my class did that all by himself.  And I also used small 2 inch sized "babies" in the jars--I found some plastic Teletubbies that work good for that--I cringed to do that but it really makes a visual statement. (Idea by Carol Skipper)

You could make a golden lamb (with paper mache').
