Make paper dolls by taking picture of (your child, niece, whoever) in her swimming suit with her arms out to the side and take a second picture of her with her arms folded behind her.  Then cut out and laminate the pictures and make paper clothes.  We did this for my kids for Christmas and they love them.  My son loved it too!

A little extra:  I laminated the pictures of my kids with a really thick laminate to make them last longer.
