I found this handout I made years ago for a Young Women Lesson.  The handout reads: "Make the right choice now to Marry in God's temple for eternity."  You might not be able to tell from the above picture but the words "Make" and "Marry" are bolded.  So, I filled it with a package of M & M's.  You could fill it with whatever you want though....

All you do to make this pocket is bend or crease the areas with a dotted line.  Tape the edge closed and fill.  I wrapped mine with a raffia bow....
