Pumpkin Bouquets

We made pumpkin bouquets. I bought those "baby bear" pumpkins. They are not the teeny tiny ones, but a little bigger. We cut the tops off, cleaned out the seeds, then inserted florists foam (those green Styrofoam things) into the pumpkin. I got some flowers (mums, different fall colors) and the girls created a flower bouquet in the pumpkin! We also gathered leaves, pinecones and small stems from a pine tree to include in the bouquet. Then the girls just added some water to the foam, and took them home for their moms.  They turned out so cute!! They should last at least a week or more. I'm going to make some for the ladies I visit teach too.
