Importance of Setting Goals
by Adina Wixom Lloyd

Why?

In order to get anywhere, you need to know where you want to go.

You need a road map!  Write down where you want to go first.  Now, practice on yourself.  Then you can say, "I have made the right choice for me."  Not merely the easiest choice.  The right choice.

If you fail to live up to all your expectations, you are not alone.  But you have to start somewhere, so why not today?  If you don't go forward, you'll go backwards as everyone passes you by.

Care enough about yourself to make goals each week, or as often as you need to.
