To make this game, you'll need an exacto knife.  Take the first two pictures of this download (the two pages showing above) and cut the slits out of each numbered container.  Cut out answer key and put it on the back of the file folder.  Color and mount on the inside of a file folder.  Laminate.  Again, using the exacto knife, cut out the slits once more, but very gently this time as not to cut through the file folder itself.  Put game pieces inside of a Ziploc baggie and store inside of folder.
