I have a few children of my own and I have always enjoyed collecting
great ideas to teach my children.
I decided that perhaps others could benefit from my collection. I have
bookmarked a lot of great
web sites in my browser. I have dedicated this page to linking up
information that will be useful to you as a parent as you strive to teach your
children....please use in conjunction with
your own ideas. There are many great ideas out there on the
internet.... Melanie

One of the ways I taught my daughter her letter sounds, is
I did it to "Pop Goes the Weasel". All around the mulberry bush the A
chased the B, the B thought it was all in fun "ah" says the A. I would just work
on each letter until she got it. (Melanie Harper)
