Attach the following saying to some cornuts: "I'm not nuts...I leave drugs alone!"
Give a small gift box with the following quote: "Life is a gift, don't waste it on drugs."  There are several patterns to make gift boxes out of paper on the internet.  You could fill the little box with Life cereal.
Just One - attach these tags to a snack sized bag of potato chips and made the point that because drugs are so addictive, it's best to never try them at at all.
