These forms were created to make issuing a call more effective. Submit
these forms to the bishop when calling a new person to your organization.
The bishop can more effectively review the responsibilities their new calling
will entail. Then he can give them the paper upon leaving (which will have
contact information for those serving in the organization they are being called
to).
