Wanda writes, "I created this chart in MS Excel - to help keep track of our girl's achievements. Below each girl's name I added their birthday. If they were entering/leaving the program - I would write their names in RED.  After filling in all the names and information, I printed the charts out and stapled it to the inside of a file folder. After each activity - I (or the Activity Day Leader) can pull out the folder and fill in the circle that the activity may have fulfilled. This enables me to keep a 'master' list of all the girls achievements. It is great to use as a quick reference and you don't need to rely on searching through every one's books to confirm whether a credit was given.  It is also great for the girls to see how close they are to receiving their recognition, or how much they have done."
